I was suppose to be getting ready for work on Valentine's Day morning. This is what I did as well, left a little surprise for the hubby while I was gone. 30 origami hearts with little love notes gently placed inside.

I just made up a quick 8.5 x 11 sheet in illustrator,
but you could do it in photoshop and probably even word.
I Printed it out on regular printer/copier paper.
